Effective Date: 11/06/2025
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all digital products and services sold by Signals BI Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product – No Right to Cancel
In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your right to cancel does not apply once access has been granted to our digital services (i.e., when lookups are credited to your account), and you have agreed to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledged the loss of cancellation rights.
By purchasing any lookup package from Signals BI, you consent to immediate access and waive your statutory right to cancel.
2. No Refunds for Lookups
All purchases are non-refundable. This includes:
- Unused lookups
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Misunderstanding of our features or data
We clearly describe the nature of our service before purchase and provide a free tier (5 lookups) so you can test the product first. By proceeding to payment, you acknowledge that the service met your expectations.
3. Exceptions – Contact Us for Issues
Although refunds are not generally offered, we are committed to fairness. We may review and, at our discretion, provide a resolution in the following limited cases:
- Overcharge or duplicate payment
- Failure to deliver lookups after payment
- Material technical issues preventing access to paid services
- Incorrect or clearly broken data outputs (e.g., loading errors)
If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of the issue occurring. Include:
- Your full name and registered email
- Transaction details or payment confirmation
- A clear description (and screenshot, if possible) of the issue
📧 Contact: adam@signalsbi.com
We aim to respond within 48 hours, and any resolution (replacement lookups, credit, or refund) is provided solely at our discretion.
4. Chargebacks and Abuse
We treat all payments as final. Attempting to reverse payments via your bank or credit card provider (chargeback) without first contacting us may result in:
- Permanent account closure
- Forfeiture of any unused lookups
- Reporting to relevant payment processors for service abuse
5. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in relation to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
