Terms of Sale

Welcome to Signals BI. These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products and services on www.signalsbi.com (“Site”), operated by Signals BI Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing any lookup packages or using our platform, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Products and Services

Signals BI provides digital access to postcode-level real estate analytics, including but not limited to:

  • Average property prices
  • Rental yields
  • Historical growth trends (10-year CAGR)
  • Recent transaction data

These services are delivered via a web-based dashboard. All products are digital and intangible; no physical goods are delivered.

2. Pricing and Lookups

We operate on a pay-per-use basis with no ongoing subscriptions. Our current pricing (inclusive of VAT where applicable) is:

  • 5 free lookups (upon account registration)
  • 10 lookups – £9.60
  • 30 lookups – £18.00
  • Top-up (5 lookups) – £4.40

Each lookup allows you to access postcode-level data once. Lookups are consumed per postcode accessed.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Your purchase is confirmed immediately upon successful payment, and lookups are credited to your account instantly.

We do not store your card details. VAT will be clearly stated on your receipt.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate delivery of data upon lookup, we do not offer refunds unless:

  • A technical error prevented you from accessing paid content.
  • The data delivered was demonstrably incorrect (e.g., outdated beyond reasonable limits, clearly mismatched postcodes).

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. To request one, contact us within 7 days of purchase at adam@signalsbi.com, including your user ID, purchase details, and explanation.

5. Expiry and Roll-Over

Lookups purchased do not expire unless otherwise stated. You may use them at your convenience. However, in the event of prolonged inactivity (no login or usage for over 12 months), we reserve the right to archive your account and delete unused lookups with 30 days’ email notice.

6. Account Use and Fair Usage

Each account is intended for individual use. Account sharing or automated scraping of data is strictly prohibited. Suspicious activity may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of unused lookups without refund.

7. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure data accuracy from sources like the Land Registry and other property data feeds, Signals BI does not guarantee 100% accuracy. Our service is provided “as is” and should not replace independent professional advice.

We disclaim liability for decisions made based on our data. Users should validate property investment decisions with licensed professionals.

8. Amendments

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
